If you are paying a very inflated price you might get a "discount" immediately by simply getting insured with cheaper insurers.
They are like flight prices, go for a dear one, pay a lot… go for a cheap one, pay little.
Some people go for the first they find and pay through their teeth, some don’t.
here’s two comparison sites you can try
http://car-insurance.moneysavecenter.com/a/1.html
http://finance.ebookorama.com/ukusa-selected-resources1.php
betw them they’ll compare about 20 main carriers
if you do save some money, do remember my points

Hi,
I am going to buy a car soon but as I am 29 with points on my licence I have high insurace premiums.
I would like to buy a car for around £3000 - £4000.
Insurance upto group 10 max.
Can anyone recommend a great looking car for that amount and that group.
Thanks.
need2know, For car insurance the fastest method to get a low quote is do a car policy comparison. Be sure to choose the same coverage amounts, you can get an accurate quote to compare against others. Use the same zip code, auto make and model, mileage and driving history to make sure you get an apples to apples comparison. To get fast auto quotes, go to http://www.simpleautoquotes.com/Auto-Insurance.html and you can compare all the major auto insurance companies.

I was in a car accident yesterday. I hit an open door. The doors dented, and by the hinge its pretty banged up. My car isn’t in the best shape either. How will this affect my insurance rates?
I am 17, and have been driving for a little over a year
I have All State, and live in CA
Yea your rate is going to go up pretty high because you are a teenager

i mean like age vise.
i have heard a lot of people say, young people have to pay more insurance than older people, and stuff.
also where can i get some nearly accurate car insurance quote.
your insurance starts to lower at 21, then goes to lowest at about 25, and when you get married.
provided you don’t have any unnecessary violations like speeding etc
it starts to climb fast after 50 years

I have never had to get one before this, so I want to figure out my options without involving my insurance company yet.
If you have a good company, get it from your insurance. In most cases, there would be a small fee.

There is no such thing as free in this world. I know for a fact that all the courses that are accepted by your local DMV/insurance company cost money. The reason being that to become accredited with a state costs big money. So companies have to charge a fee in order to stay in business.
And for states like Texas there is a sate mandated minium fee of $25. You will not find a course cheaper than that in Texas. In other states like Arizona prices vary. But its work you $25 because the insurance discounts are huge. I took this Defensive Driving course online http://www.getdefensive.com here is a link to a blog about this also http://insurancediscounts.blogspot.com/ or

I just bought my first car this past weekend. I am now online trying to get some free quotes on insurance. I am a young driver of 18, and I have a sucky ass job with little hours, and I’m enrolled full time in college.
Does anyone know of an insurance company that would be good for me?
List some that you think I should try, or maybe ones that you have had good luck with in the past.
thank you
